Hi, the NOL Pay App is not working and cannot be access after updating it today. I tried to sign in via UAE Pass but it always says "Something went wrong try again after an hour" Signing-in thru Guestmode, but still it is no use. Previous version is better and can be easily access without the need to sign-in. I just need to check the balance and top it up easily. This new updates is very complicated and user un-friendly.

For the past few weeks, the application has not been opening. When I attempt to open it, a "timeout no Internet connection" message appears, which is preventing me from recharging my nol card. I would be grateful if you could address this issue.🙏

1. I'm not going to give the app push notifications and microphone access. stop pushing me about that. 2. Guest access. Give your phone number or email. The whole point of guest access is not to provide anything. I'm interested only to open the app and top up my card once in a couple of months. I'm not interested in anything else, especially push notifications.
