Since the last update, the application has not been opening. An error message, "timeout no internet connection," appears, and the widget disappears, which is preventing me from using digital card recharge or checking my balance. I would be grateful if you could fix this issue.

Post the recent update, this app basically has stopped working at all. Network error is what it says every time, even though there is no issue. And why does it need microphone access? Location i understand what's with the microphone. Someone needs to fix this ASAP. Didn't anyone test this app before making it live. Seriously!

Dropping stars from 2 to 1. This app that used to be a gem of an app got destroyed for the sake of adding an a stupid AI front-end to an absolutely brilliant back end. Like ok I agree you want to jump on oh so great AI bandwagon, cool, but atleast do it right. Its a disaster of an application now. If I had a dirham for every nfc failure of metro card, I would have been 50,000 dirham richer. Even the Nol Plus doesn't work, cant even redeem points. I had to go to Nol Plus website to get it done.
