Hi, ahh 😫 it's been a month and I still can't use the app. Every time I open it, it says "Internet connection timeout. Try again." Even after reinstalling the app today, I still get the same error asking me to contact the team. My internet connection works perfectly, so this appears to be an app issue. Also, I noticed a typo in the third screenshot of the Play Store listing: "Supprots regular recharge for your family" should be "Supports regular recharges for your family." Please fix both.

I am unable to use the app. Whenever I open it, a pop-up appears saying "Loading timed out. Please check your network connection." My internet connection is perfectly fine and all other apps are working. Please fix this bug as soon as possible so I can check my balance and top up my Nol card.

Your application is a waste of time, I keep logging in and 3 times it asked for the otp which i entered 3 times and app keep on returning to the log in screen. Total waste of time and space in the phone storage. Have to uninstall it,
