Don't normally leave reviews but this app and setting up the app account with Tommy's is the worst designed interface, especially if you went though a location and did the free month trial. You cannot get past setup screen if your phone number is on file, which it is thanks to the free month. No way past that screen. How can anyone manage their account if they can't login? Literally had to drive to a location to cancel. Spend your money on a membership at a wash that has better IT and app.

The app has been fine so far. The wash service has been good. The app is primarily a portal to the payment and support sites (the latter apparently intended for franchisees, not necessarily for customers). I have the first vehicle set to the cheapest subscription, which I upgraded for a few months to add underbody wash for road salt, and downgraded after the chance of freezing roads diminished. I added a second vehicle, set it to pay per wash, and it worked correctly, as far as I can tell.

I understand the app lane is a perk for subscriptions, but it would be nice if you could pay for a single wash through the app as well. There are times when the non-app line at a location gets so long that you can't get to the app lane, and the line extends out to the street. Perhaps a package of a set number of washes could be added to the app?
