My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

Still incredibly slow and glitchy. Connects (eventually) to external sites, but immediately reverts to the BA 'Shop Now' screen before I can do anything and from there it happens again, just taking me round in circles. I have to reload the app numerous times before it works. Just took me an hour to place an from Just Eat! So frustrating.

Overall Avios App can be very slow and points can take ages to be approved (I still have some pending from 4/24) However more recently I've experienced issues with the app linking to partner sites and (not) collecting avios points for online purchsases. I get notifications that I won't collect Avios points on purchases made through the M&S or Boots app. I'm not sure if this is the case with other sites as these are the ones I've most recently tried to use. Can this be fixed please. Thank you
