Ratings and reviews

Not user friendly. Customer service seems helpful, but also clueless about how clunky the software is. None of the apps talk with each other automatically. You have to tediously integrate them (doesn't always work), then you have to enter & re-enter info that was entered in one app, but was erased when migrated to a diff. app. Zoho is supposed to save time but I've spent hours in useless sessions with help desk to end up spending more hours figuring it out on my own. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Very buggy. I can't access the app at all. Keeps giving error. Can you please fix it? Because I'd really love to use the app on my phone.

Hello Zoho i have tried very hard to get all of this situated but have ran into problems with installing the app and program crm the both of them did not install proper on my phones but they show up under need to be reviewed but its not here the app i mean isnt nor on my new do they need to be installed on a desktop first i have only my phone right now but either way it didnt install on my phone but it says it is here but its not sorry to bother you but i dont know how else to fix this problem
