Overall, good app. Purposes, for which it was developed, are working. In rare occasions on mobile, doesn't allow to log in. You will have to reinstall the app, or access your account from a laptop

I can never pay my bill on this app...l always have to go into a freedom to pay my bill and get charged $ extra $2.00 to pay my bill ...l should not have to pay this because of freedom app difficulties!!! I have bin a loyal customer for over 10 years & l may consider changing to a new provider...

Why do you need a 2FA EVERY TIME?? If I access through my data connection that YOU PROVIDE I shouldn't have to have a code texted to me every 'session' (I closed the app and came back 5 minutes later, had to do it again). I appreciate security but even my bank lets me use biometrics in lieu of this annoying garbage.
