App is clunky and not intuitive. My hospital has a complex idea of a meal "entree, 2 Side, roll, dessert, beverage". The items in the menu should clearly say what they fall under, and the shopping cart should show if you ordered too many of one classifiction, or not enough of another. Additionally, if I'm on some kind of diet plan, the app should just not show things I can't order. I used the app, and the food staff still had to call me because the app isn't doing all it should be.

The app itself is easy to use. However the service rendered is a thing in its own im always missing things well today I finally call to get it and the app says it was delivered but guess what? It wasn't... TWICE. Not to mention I've been admitted since the 14 in double portions and never once have I had double portions on any tray
