Very very poor... I booked a ticket 3days before. But nothing of service status. Refund amount only 200, but I paid 497 rupess. It was automatically cancelled and refund amount was also very low. Very irritated😖. It has no star button definitely I vote that. Nonsense services. Did you can able to provide good services to people you should provide, otherwise you don't give fake promise.

3x refund is fully a scam. Utter useless feature.Dont fall for it. You end up paying way more and you get vouchers which are of no use if you are not booking from the city of origin. Lost 2k for this stupid feature.Will never book from redrail nor recommend it to others. Better book tickets offline from the station if you really value your money.

Horrible experience, I've tried booking a ticket which led to wait for an additional 30 mins for the confirmation, when I rechecked the status of my ticket it shows that there's no such transaction found which resulted in losing my money. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone
