App can be a little finicky. Redeeming isn't as intuitive as it could be.

Apps been timing out and not updating rewards. Constantly saying no internet connect, then I have to order on my laptop. And the notes are limited to like 15 characters

I've tried a few times to use this lately, and the end result was a lot of wasted time and a manual call to the nearest location when it claimed it would be impossible to place the order. I missed out on rewards when I did this, so now I'm just frustrated. Please fix this app, it is severely broken, and you're losing customers over it.
