The app makes it too difficult to easily add a new card. it also has an extreme issue with charging an old card and not the right card. This is because the app can't successfully save information. The app is also slow, I'm talking early 2000s internet slow. the cell phone service is great for my area but this app.. Yall need to make a new one or seriously work on it. slow, unreliable and an overall eyesore

service used to be a lot better. supposed to be 10gb data after 2 they slow it down so much you can't run on data. Everytime you call customer service your on hold for over 20 minutes then usually get an operator that does not understand you and it's impossible to get issue fixed. they used to offer a lot of ways to earn free service now points are few and far between.

Straight Talk is a decent option if you're in need of service quickly without a lot of cash. They have a decent selection of phones for under $100. However, you will get what you pay for. My network service has gone out at a dozen times for no reason, the app is terrible, customer care reps are generally lackluster, & even when they admit their service failed you, they don't offer anything to compensate you for any inconveniences. In sum, they're ok until something goes wrong, which is a lot.
