Reached out to this telemedicine company. Staff member that called back was really rude. Told her never to call me again. Update: irrespective of the 'hang-up' misunderstanding, her tone throughout the call was abrupt and not polite.

Thanks for reporting. We've looked at the situation & found that your account 8436248xxxx haven't use the app. This is merely a misunderstanding of vocab. One said "hang-up" so that she could use phone to text the website, another argued that the word should be "hang-on". Sorry that you were upset & hope you find what you're looking for ultimately!

BAD CAN'T FIND MY DOCTOR OR THE CLINIC. NO ENGLISH TRANSLATION ON MOST OF THE STUFF NOT FOR UNITED STATES. DELETE ALL OF MY ACCOUNT....
