This app is the absolute worst. If there's one thing a banking app should do, it's enable transfer of funds. Since they tried to implement NPP (fast payments), you cannot transfer funds. What's worse is the app gives you confirmation that you or payment has been submitted and then proceeds to NOT submit the payment. You only know because the account balance hasn't changed and the people you are trying to pay complain. There is more I would write but there aren't enough characters. 👎👎👎

It is the 2nd time that the fast payment is unavailable with no warning. It is really frustrating when I really need to transfer the money today and only to find out it will take 2 business days. And it also would remove the reference of the transfer because fast payment is unavailable and that makes no sense to me. There are other non user friendly functions including can't edit your saved payee and your recurring payment. Not to mention all the scams going on. I might as well switch bank.

Worst banking app I've ever used. Obviously optimised for iOS only and not for Android, to the point that there are not even options to activate and set PIN code on my new card on the app even though that's what's pushed by all the communications sent through (this is available on friend's iOS version). Also forces you to log out of the app to access a code to login online as no option when you're logged in. Why??
