Can't make request on application. Even after making a request..it's passed off to let someone else know..I thought the point of this app was to eliminate this extra process

I submitted my concern in my neighborhood. They responded to my email and three weeks later the issue was resolved. Thank you for being so efficient.

App keeps closing when trying to make a report. Reinstall doesn't help.
