Not a very good app. Bluetooth devices should be immediately reconnected as soon as the app or the operating system discovers them available and on. This app requires that you go into the app and wait for the app to tell you that it couldn't find them, and then hit the try again button before it will actually reconnect. Also, when I hit the volume up and down button I should immediately increase or decrease the volume, not go into a separate screen. App will not maintain program that I set.

Truly exceptional. Independent ear volume controls as well as the ability to choose from 4 different "noise" backgrounds to adjust for interference and best reception. Only one small glitch. I could not get the right aid to "pair". After a little research I determined that by re-installing the app it might fix it. It did. So very convenient and user friendly. 👍🏻

Volt Max Android app reconnectivity after a hearing aid battery is depleted then recharged can be a challenge and frustrating. The volume controls are not always accurate, need a calibration by setting to zero then max before setting you want. Update: After receiving a replacement set due to white noise in the original set I had to do the personalization test over again. When the configuration update was uploaded to the HAs I immediately noticed a subtle white noise again.
