After the most recent update, I no longer get motion notifications related to my doorbell camera and outdoor cameras. For example the doorbell lights up blue as usual when detecting motion, but the app will no longer send a push notification NOR record. I even removed, reset, and reinstalled the cameras. Something is wrong with the app. I've had multiple deliveries at my door and the app never captured the motion or notified me.

Recently purchased my second system to protect a second location. I'm always amazed at how easy it is to configure a system to exactly meet my needs, regardless of complexity. And, based on personal experience over the last six years, their monitoring service is 5 star in every respect. Their texts to notify of an alarm are practically instant and the call to my cell phone follows within seconds. Now I can update firmware and make system control modifications all from my cell phone app.

Easy to set up cameras indoor or outdoor. Wireless connections. , blue tooth, can monitor via cell phone, or key ring. Touch pad and more based on your needs you can add to it. Easy to disarm or arm. Customer support is very helpful and quick to contact you if there's a break-in. Also during power outages it goes into reserve mode, but still activated. If you go longer than 24 hrs, you may need to reset. So far, I am a very satisfied customer and happy with my security system. 🙂
