At last the App is now showing a method of payment by card. Hopefully it continues to work consistently. Over the last 4 weeks the app completely stopped showing a method of payment. So I can't pay for power. A new update arrived yesterday and it still doesn't show the card payment option. I now have to use my iPad to pay for the electricity. It actually shows the card payment option. I noticed the YouTube site "Dave takes it on" has also reported on this issue in the last few days.

Not able to register recharge card because adding the payment does not work. It fails in the app using a credit card. Phoned support was told to use website - also does not work with IBAN there, there is also no credit card payment selectable on the website. An now? Any advice here? Have retried lots of times and always have to enter the same info again and again..... Error messages are not helpful at all, there is not the least user guide on how to proceed etc. Never mind. Going to delete it.

Having to re-login after every update is a complete pain and indicates that the app is written by poor developers. Otherwise it works, largely, although phantom charging sessions which appear simultaneously when you charge are weird too. Edit: going from 2 stars to 1 as it just keeps getting worse.
