About this app

The Titan Smart World application is your perfect companion app to connect your Titan smart wearable devices to your mobile phone. It also manages and monitors the smart wearable device features and settings. It helps you visualise your fitness activity and vitals captured by your smart wearable device so that you can keep a track of your health effectively.

Use this Titan Smart World application to set up and manage the following features:
- Connection/disconnection with the smartwatch
- Software/firmware updates
- Control/modify smartwatch settings
- Access health feature settings and data like Heart Rate, SpO2, Blood Pressure, etc. (non-medical use, only for general fitness/wellness purpose)
- Turn on/off or modify notification access
- Seamlessly sync your my fitness, multi-sport and sleep data
- Sync favourite contacts from the application to watch
- Sync your health data with Google Fit
- Don’t miss out on important updates. Allow the app to send call (Phone Call permission required), SMS and third-party app notifications to the watch so that you can stay on top of your game.
- Reply with SMS while rejecting call (Send SMS permission required).
- You can also manage the list of apps that you want to receive notifications from - you’re in control, always!
- Get weather updates by allowing the app to detect your location, so that you can see forecasts.

Install the Titan Smart World application on your mobile device, then pair your smart wearable device via Bluetooth to enjoy all its features.
Settings and features provided by the Titan Smart World application are only available when your smartwatch is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a stable connection between your smartwatch and your mobile device.

This app does not serve its purpose. We use the app to show our workouts in detail but this does not show any damn thing. I can see a more detailed workout summary in my watch. It does not show the map, speed graph, any many more things that should have been shown in app. Also it usually fails to sync the sleep time and does not even auto sync. For this price range, I had expected better from titan. The watch itself is good but the app is absolutely terrible.

In the beginning the app was crashing. So, I installed it in my other phone with older android version and synchronized the watch once. After, this I went back to the latest Android version and it didn't crashed since. So, I think the problem was the first sync in the latest Android version. It still doesn't sync everything.

Compared to other fitness tracking apps, the app I'm using with my Titan Crest Smartwatch feels outdated. It lacks trail tracking, a crucial feature for monitoring my walks, and the weather updates are unreliable, often inaccurate. Additionally, it fails to sync automatically unless I manually open the app. Despite being launched in October 2023, the watch has received only one firmware update via the app, indicating a need for significant software improvements.
