It is possibly one of the most complex apps that strives to hurt businesses instead of help facilitate processes. Horrible tech and useless app. They tell you go update the trade license from the app, when you enter the the feature is not enabled then good luck finding a way to activate it. When they sort this out I'm moving to their competition. I'm don't with etisalat

The worst service I have seen anywhere in the world. The TAT is worse than underdeveloped countries service providers. It's been more than a month for a simple request for shifting which is not getting sorted. Instead they are just charging for the internet even when they are unable to provide me with connection. Pathetic service. Will never recommend to anyone.

I have added a monthly 5G local data as addon but unable to see the consumption details on the app during the month. Any suggestions?
