I am blown away by the deals with Felix! don't be put off by most of these feedback comments. it was a bit of a pain changing over from my old carrier as I had no Internet to fully connect up, so I had to find free WiFi to get set up once they disconnected my old carrier, so be prepared for that. But they have $20 for unlimited data for 3months at the moment and then $40 a month after that.... I am amazed and stoked at the same time! thanks felix truly the best deal around! 🫶💃👌

It looks pretty good and polished for what it does. The whole security code thing is a bit annoying but otherwise the app is fine. There are a few bugs with it though, such as it saying no network connection is you exit for more than 5 seconds but you can usually just hit the back button a few times and it goes away. Also, it is identified as being a 'game' by my phone, which automatically enters game mode which is a bit odd considering this ain't no game.

very disappointing!!! customer service via chat, 3 hours with no outcome to fix sim card issue. sim replacement is intrusive asking for sensitive and personal data by sending screen shots and take photos of you after you have been a verified customer!!! network is not reliable and no ramming in many countries! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
