Inputting a security code just to view data usage is annoying. Which part of the usage is so confidential that a security code is required? It only provides the total usage in a day by day bar chart anyway, no breakdown into each instance of data download that other providers do make available. Maybe there can be an option to turn that off if some users really want to use the security code?

When you view your data usage within the app, it also brings up your outgoing call & SMS logs. As your call and SMS logs contain sensitive information, the app requires you to confirm a security code before being able to view this. I've passed your feedback through to the team though!

Not really sure I only have been with Felix for a month with the unlimited data plan and I've Found that the internet drops out for a short time I've noticed I don't have a lot of stuff on my phone for it to lag and I clear the catch and junk every second day so I don't know why this is happening I've never had issues like this before but I'm going to hang in their and see if I can figure whye this is happening because I really want to stay on this plan

Screen got stuck doing "something" for 10 mins, so I signed up online. Now it's asking me to go on wifi to download my esim, when I'm connected via mobile data. I have verified my email address, yet it is stuck saying that I haven't, such a buggy app but you have to use it to get on Felix.
