The My Account app lets you manage your account 24/7 from your phone. Pay your bill, check your usage, grab a travel pass and so much more.

I've been with Virgin Plus for quite some time now. Everything works great.love the price, I mean it, it is lower than any of the other providers out there. But I have been having an issue with my account app here, I've been trying to navigate to my channels so I can subscribe or unsubscribe and I have been able to do so, I un-installed and reinstalled the app, I've restarted my phone, I've also cleared the cache and data, I wait minutes and go back in and still nothing. I called and nothing.

Terrible customer service response time. The app disconects often, it's vurtually impossible to get help from a human. Spent 30 minutes to book a phone call, when I managed to book a call, they have canceled the call twice. First I had to wait one hour for a call back, then they said another 15 minutes, and finally, another 1 hour. I ended up speaking to a very helpful agent but only after a few hours of waiting.

App runs horribly, takes an eternity to load. That paired with the prices of basic plans is sending me in the direction of other carriers. I was actually looking to upgrade my phone, but I can't even get the page with the information loaded to do that, so I guess I won't.
