The official David Lloyd Clubs app is compatible with Android 6 or later and is free to download. The app is available in English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Catalan, Italian and German.

Ratings and reviews

There are outages on the app and the infrastructure doesn't seem to very stable at all. I get laggy behaviour, endpoints taking ages to respond, and I've been bombarded with multiple confirmation and error prompts when trying to book a class at my local club. Fingerprint reader is temperamental, I'm regularly logged out of sessions. The UX for the login screen needs work. Not sure which digital agency you guys got in to build this App, but you guys need to give them a GOOD telling off.

Installed this app to access a guest pass from a friend as I was considering joining my local David Lloyd. The app just doesn't work, I was stuck in a loop with the app asking me to verify my mobile number, then a code is text to me, which I enter but it just asks me to verify my number again. Luckily, the nice staff on reception still let me use the guest pass! But it has made me think twice about joining a relatively pricey gym when the app is completely broken! 😔

absolutely terrible app. works 50% of the time and can't cope when it's busy booking time ie 7pm. at least 2 times a week the app locks me out and then I spend ages going through attempting to login. eventually it recognises me. not user friendly at all. staff at gym can't help other than offer the patronising 'have you turned it off and on again' or reinstaled it? if only I had thought of that Continues to be rubbish. new version is terrible, the cycling through the classes horrible
