downloaded this app on 19-Jun-25 on app store, once installed the app said that a new update is available and you are redirected to app store again. you just got an endless loops and unusable app. uninstalled it right away

The delivered items differs from what I actually ordered. Ordered 1 iced starry cano, 1 malty latte, and 1 pandan latte with buy 1 get 1 voucher applied. what I received 1 favorite deli combo and that's it. Not to mention this is my first time (surely be the last time) I order with them. Talk about 1st impression.

I ordered delivery online through this app, and it took 1.5 hours for the store to prepare my order! I contacted the support center, and they mentioned the store was busy, but still, 1.5 hours? I've been ordering from Fore routinely for a while, and this experience really disappoints me and it's probably time switch my daily coffee. Maybe the app should notify customers if the store is busy and orders might take longer?
