Ratings and reviews

I really hate how bart transitioned parking to this app. Now it's required to download ANOTHER app just to pay for parking. Then you need another app to pay for bart. It's so easy to forget to pay for parking now. With EZ-rider I could do everything with one clipper card(app). And after getting a citation, they make you pay through a shady looking website that looks like a fifth grader designed it. On top of that, they charge you a "convenience" fee.

I DON'T like your recent update to your app or website!! Most of the added features are extra and a little unnecessary. I'd just like a quick and accurate way to see when and where my train is coming not to gps specific addresses and locations or look at a map to find stations. Leave that type of stuff to Google, their a lot better at it!!

Train departure info is presented clearly. Great! But if I want to select a different station? Drop-down arrow next to station name takes you to a blank screen. You have to swipe down on train info screen to reveal map, and type in station name at top of map, and then wait for both map and train info pages to refresh. In an underground station? App sits and spins and is totally useless! And Bart appears to have 'retired' mobile Version of Website, which worked way better than this faulty app
