The service is indeed declining. I was a frequent customer and now I'm very disappointed. Customer service doesn't respond and is totally unreliable. They deliver orders with missing items. Tell me there are missing items before you deliver not after and let me decide what to do! Plus, last time I was partially refunded and they didn't refund the most expensive missing item although an sms was sent to me to confirm that they'll refund because it's missing! وماحدش معبرني!! أنا عاوزة فلوسي!!

Very bad experience, the amount was deducted from my credit card and the order was not delivered due to system failure -as they later said - with no refund for three days till now, no phone to communicate and chatbot keeps giving same reply: we are working on the complaint. I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Authority. If you choose to use application, don't register your credit card and pay in cash only. Very disappointing experience.

lack of a CS phone number is the worst thing to experience with them. I paid online for an order of +2000 EGP and nothing was delivered, trying to contact them on their CS chat and it has been more than half an hour with no response! not to mention before when they delivered half the items or completely different order and still you have to go through the tiring process of waiting for CS to respond. One time they responded after 6 HOURS.
