since the latest update a week or two ago, almost every time I try and upload photos the CCC app says I'm having connection issue. I've never once had this issue before this latest update. my internet is fine, and even if I turn off Wi-Fi and go off my data plan oh, it's the same issue. it's bad enough when I'm only doing one photo, but if I'm uploading a group of photos to a file, it now makes it almost impossible. I'm having to try and upload photos 3 4 5 times or more before it finally work

We were able to duplicate the issue and are working on getting the problem fixed. In the meantime, you can resolve the issue by changing a setting on your device. Go to Settings, Device maintenance then Battery and update the power saving mode to "Off". This will resolve the issue until we're able to release a permanent fix.

Great app to use but limited on some of the things u can do on the phone app. I can't undo a phase or move a phase infront or behind a phase if phases incorrectly. I just wish I could do the same things on the app as I could on my desktop. It would make things alot easier if I didn't have to run back to my desk everytime to input notes or move phases infront or behind others while I'm out walking the shop.

After new update it takes 7-8 times at least to add photos to a file using the add photo from library option. It gives an error that photos cannot be uploaded while offline, even though I'm online. If I wasn't, I couldn't have accessed the file... I tried it w/ WiFi as well as cellular data with the same result. Adding photos directly from the app works perfectly. Everything else with the app works great but this is quite annoying. Any feedback is appreciated. I have a Samsung S7
