Simply the tip-top best rider app i had ever experienced. Deliveroo rider app are extremely user friendly, clear cut, layout are very neat very beautiful, very easy to understand even for any first time user, especially if compared to the rest of others food rider apps. Customer service agents are very responsive, instantly respond and resolve our issues without need to wait. Ultra high docket fee, reasonable short delivery distance. All Deliveroo customers are good customers, polite, friendly !

Inadequate fee for long time but new is that I have on my phone system android 13 and scanning the orders doesn't work and taking photos is quite annoying because need to click 5 steps to confirm that I am going to a customer. For double order is a special annoying. The worst is that they don't have any technical support to fix this issue.

Few years ago was good but now it's going for the worst. They decided to activate fee boost in the middle of the night from 00 to 03 when all restaurants are closed and there is no order being made in the entire city (Plymouth, UK). In the peak hours they activate fee boost only in one region of the city, usually there where they know already from their algorithms that there is no activity. They split the orders and the money for 2 drivers even if the drivers are registered with cars.
