NEVER BUY THESE! VERY difficult to figure this out out. I literally had to do things by trial and error and just figure them out of my own like changing from 5 gig to 2.4. There are no concrete instructions on how to do that through the app on your phone. It's an absolute nightmare. Now I can't even figure out how to get a simple extender connected. I had everything hooked up before just fine, now I can't connect anything except 1 main router.

The app and eagle pro series products are just suck. I bought 1 router r15, a pair of m15, and a pair of e15. After hours of setting (I don't know why it took so long to configure, others brand just plug and play.), used for 1 day, all the extenders lost connection with the router. No WiFi signal from extenders and they are not showing in the app. I had to restart the main router so that all extenders could reconnect. Please advise.

Just installed, with the AX1500-R15. So far not the greatest experience but not the worst. Setup on the App was easy to follow, advanced setting for an advanced user such as myself would like to take advantage of are all there and available. However, when using the app I experience frequent drops from the router when connected, that also 3 / 10 times effects my wifi. Yes I have done a factory restore, +update and left my settings default for the same issue to arrise.
