It's a decent app, but as many said has its issues and lacks some basic features that one would expect. I use NeoBuds 2 Pro. Other than some of the bugs, I would like to see a default sound setting. It defaults every time to noise cancelling, when I would prefer to set the default to ambient but there is no way. I have to change it every time I put the earbud back in it's case.

The app constantly keeps changing the triple press from "previous track" to "Google voice assistant". It gets real annoying after the 100th time. Also I've had an issue with 1 earbuds not connecting through the app and the app will show it's in the case when actually the other earbud is in the case ad turned off.

The app does not recognize my Earbuds; listing does not include the TWS1 nor the TWS1 Pro Earbuds, I looked in the TWS2 Manual and it is in Chinese, not English. The booklet that comes with it, gives you just enough to get you started. Though the sound is quite good, I'm not into alot of Bass and that's why I need the app in English so I can adjust the sound just a little.
