Worst delivery app I've ever used in the whole world! We made around 8 orders so far none of them was delivered correctly! All orders were missing items sometimes even the main item of the order. Support was so not helpful and unprofessional! It's a big scamming delivery company they should be ashamed of themselves for the service they provide. On top of all of this all vouchers they give as a way to resolve the issue, are not working.

Horrible. If could give 0 stars I would. We ordered food and it never arrived. Yet was marked delivered. The customer service was no help at all. They just kept saying the food was delivered, and we told them at least 20 different times that it never came to us. This back and forth lasted over two hours and they haven't done anything to fix it. No refund. No second order placed to rectify the issue. Nothing. Absolutely no help. And I refuse to order the same thing twice and have to pay double.

Hands down the worst food delivery app in all of Turkey! The customer support is very bad and very rude and super useless.. After using it for 1 month, 4 times I received the wrong order or missing items and every time I complain to the support it takes them 3 days to issue a refund or even consider solving it.. Most of them are useless and keep repeating the same sentences "there is nothing I can do, I will transfer your case to another department" and this keeps happening on loop.. DON'T USE
