The app has gotten better. The only problem I have with it is that I can't add pickles to like the ultimate cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, or any item that doesn't come with pickles. Customization doesn't even give the option to add pickles, I remember it used too. Please add back the ability/option to add pickles and other things to items.

Had to change password from not remembering it. Now it won't let me sign in. It just shows Jacks head changing like it's loading and nothing ever loads. Been trying to sign into app for over a month. Sent Email to customer support 2 days ago and haven't heard anything. Rating will be updated when I get a fix. Would like to earn points for free food for being a loyal customer. Thanks!!

The app has changed a lot, and not for the better. If I want my burger done a specific way, I have to order inside or drive thru. There is no options in the app to add additional ingredients like cheese, bacon, grilled onion. Only condiments. For example if I want to get the two jumbo Jack's for $5, I click customize to add cheese. Cheese is not an option. So I have to go inside to pay for two slices of cheese, which then are given to me in a separate box instead of just adding it to burgers.
