Jeevansathi is one of the worst sites that cheat the subscribers by automatic deduction. For the last two quarters, ₹4,439 was deducted which I noticed accidentally and stopped. Members are requested to check their auto-pay in UPI after subscription and stop it. The amount once deducted will not be refunded. There is no response to the customer support number and one cannot lodge any complaints. Further, the same proposals are sent everyday even if it is not liked and it cannot be stopped.

Worst app. Not recommended. total waste of money. in hindi, naam bade or darshan chhote. keep showing the same profiles again and again even after three months. the support is of no use. The spotlight feature does not work. they always reply same for raising queries. Better to away from this app. you can not even find your perfect match even after several years if you keep your profile on this platform. 😁

This app does not make it mandatory for the users to have photos on their ids. Without photos how can I send or accept requests.I also talked on the customer service and the lady said that it is not mandatory to have photos. So what is the use of these apps left now. And some of the users not all, are also so ill mannered, they use this app like a dating app only. They do not even send photos after requesting them for it. And if it is not a mandatory thing then I have to uninstall this app.
