Interactive interface. job match score is not effective. it shows zero match for my current job. where as skill sets and desired location were matching. if employer goes with match score, probably company may loose right candidates. it would have been better if there is an option to add more skills sets and location (>3) etc....

The earlier Naukri app was very good and very easy to handle. But currently items mess. Please make it a easy app to operate. Thank you. P.s its interface was very easy to understand on PC and even on Mobile. But now it's totally cumbersome and the comlanies are not in order and the menu button should be on screen while filtering the companies.

The "Invites" section have issues in messages count, which has been inherited from their erstwhile "Inbox" feature. The "ghost" count sometimes reads as "1" in the footer bar even after all messages have been read/deleted. Also, previously I was able to send a personalised reply to the recruiter of a particular job message from the "Inbox" feature. Now, this has been removed in "Invites", which I think is a blunder. Only you can apply. Apparently it seems, "Invites" does nothing special or more.
