2. Increase call pickup by candidates - The new Recruiter App allows you to enter the intent of your call even before you reach out to the candidates. Hence candidates know who is calling and for what purpose even before they pick up. This means increased call pick up rates, less follow-ups and more conversions for you!

3. Continue right from where you left - Now you can carry on right from where you left your desktop. Naukri also offers a personalized experience tailored to your specific needs. You can easily check the status of your job applications, conduct a search, see which candidates have been called (call picked up/not picked up) and more – all in real time from the convenience of your mobile device.

4. Caller ID between Recruiter & Jobseeker: Increase chances of getting your calls picked up by the candidates with the new Caller ID feature of Naukri Recruiter App. With this feature, you can now specify the intent of the call and the same will be visible to the jobseeker on his app with your details. This will help job seeker know who is calling and for which kind of job opportunity, even before picking up the call. This allows them to prioritize the call and call back if the call was missed. Third class and fake app. No response after taking higher plan hot vacancy. very very very rude and careless behaviour from customer care. They are not ready to hear my concern. They are putting my call on hold deliberately. i have got excellent response from other app. But this naukri guy blaming me that i have not filled proper details. Please dont waste your money on this app. Very Very third class and ghatiya app. They will loot your money and wont help you once you paid to them.

Worst app & system, totally money wasted, i cannot see the candidate contact details directly or there are no easy options to schedule the interviews.

Fraud App . My son purchased Hot Vacancy Plan. After purchasing plan no response is receiving. Customer service is third class. They are very rude and unsupportive.
