Not useful. I think it's a combination of our schools not being able to figure it out (I wouldn't be surprised if it had a wonky interface on their end) and limited features in the app. I get notifications all morning for my daughter's bus as it's in and out of our designated area. And my son's bus always says it last updated at around 1-3 in the AM! Limited features on notifications. And I would love to see a full list of all the bus routes for the schools like they used to print out for us.

notifications come sporadically or all at once 30 minutes late. I'm not sure if it's the bus (867) transponder, the driver, my phone (pixel 9) or the app but there's serious communication issues for me. also the app logs me out every day, and it takes 2 external logins to get back in for the day. the notifications still come through but when I click on them I have to log in to see them every time.

Edit from my 2 star review: It took over a month after contacting Transportation to get the bus numbers right in my account. Works better, but still over half the time I try to use this app, it tells me that the "GPS is Unavailable for this route. " Whatever update happened in July of 2025 made this app less useful than it was last year.
