I have to give a 5 star due to the fact that any time service was disrupted due to whatever the problem was they always restored service quickly. or when I can't pay the full amount there's a payment plan. the only time we had to go without electric besides not being able to pay the bill was that ice storm. there was no way of getting to a shelter of any kind and that's where gas stove saved us from the cold and was able to cook. I even bar b qued lol.

Installation Payments not eligible for auto draft? Called and no one could justify why this is sensible, only that "headquarters makes the decisions". Heavy consequences for the customer if you miss a payment while on installation options, yet not allowed to set to auto pay. Seems like a trap.

such a scam with a company that already has a monopoly...disgusting. horrible service, I can't wait to move. I asked to switch to a analog meter, it was never done, but they haven't failed to upcharge me an extra 15 bucks a month. like I have a choice, there is no other provider in the area. I would give negative stars if I could.
