Ratings and reviews

Trash platform. Riders are expendable to them. Their only incentives are referral programs. Also have the habit of cancelling our orders and letting other riders take over while we're still moving to the location. No clear notification, zero compensation. Dont expect proper support from their team. Most of them are itching to disconnect or ignore you entirely

some suggestions: 1. Apply option for Door to Door service to ALL vehicles. Minimum RM2. Let customer choose. Our walking fees is not FREE! 2. This apps is over 2 years and basically it doesn't get better or get any upgrade in version updates. -Put only max 4km radius for pickup ping. So rider can concentrate more on nearby jobs ONLY - Call n Msg button directly link with wassapp application. Coz nobody reads your in app msg system. - Dark mode option to save battery life.

Suck app, totally not fair for driver, for example, when you reached customer's order location, if the customer cancel order, you will not get anything, but your time and petrol already wasted, the more you do, the more you lost, and lalamove app charge driver too much, once you finished order, lalamove app will charge you 20% for commission and some tax. Think carefully if you going to join this become lalamove driver.
