What do you need

• Be a Liberty TV customer
• An Android mobile or tablet running Android 4.0 & above with Wi-Fi or 3G , 4G/LTE/5G internet in PR
• Your “My Liberty” credentials username and password

Liberty Go is available to all Liberty Puerto Rico TV customers. Watching Liberty Go on your device through a 3G/4G/LTE connection will use data and contribute to any monthly allowance set by your mobile network operator. Exceeding this could result in significant charges from your wireless provider, except on unlimited plans where excess charges may not apply. For security reasons, and to protect the rights of our content.

I am tired of not being able to open this app for a week + now. I have tried every possible suggestion made on Google & getting through to customer service is useless. Also, why do I get the message "this channel is not included in your package". I know what is in my package and it's most of those on the channels list. And, where did the channel numbers go??? 🤔. so frustrating. 😡🤬👎

The first application was much better. Now with this update NO DEVICE with Microsoft Store CANNOT be installed. This is unfortunate, because I had better access. Another thing if one tries to access the webpage, the upload is sooooo slow when one chooses a channel to watch.

Terrible app. I can't watch a thing. I follow the instructions, enter my username and password and nothing. It just says channel not subscribed. On the other hand, the old app which this one supposedly replaces works just fine. Installed and uninstalled a dozen times and still nothing. What's incredible is I called the company and the person on the phone didn't know this app existed.
