I have lost 30 pounds in 4 months! It has been easier than any other weight loss plan I have done before...and I have done every plan! I don't follow a formal eating plan...just try to keep my carbs in the suggested range. If I eat more carbs, I find it very easy to get back on track the next day. In the past, if I over ate or ate the wrong things, I would give up. Something about this little device makes you want to get back to a 1 or 2 the next day. Love it!

I have gone from mostly high levels of carbs burn (oranges and yellows) to mostly fat burns (greens) -- haven't seen a Level 1 yet, but I am working toward it. It is fun to be able to look at the colors in my levels history. My husb & I are also enjoying more vegetables -- especially roasting them on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Combinations of zucchini, onions, squash, carrots, Brussels sprouts, green beans -- baked about 30 mins, then topped with protein (chicken, pork, beef) 15 mins. YUM!!

Wow! This is nefarious. I purchased the DEVICE through their website about a year ago. I used it for 2 months and the suggestions seemed random and changing my diet to match the suggestion resulted in me gaining several pounds. I just received an email that "my subscription" will be renewing for $299. I never signed up for a subscription. I don't even have an account! They likely looped this into a "we gave you a free one year trial subscription with the device that auto-renews." DECEPTIVE!
