BAHL is not suitable at all if you heavily rely on online transactions through their mobile app. I've been using this app for some time now and hands down it's the slowest banking app I've ever come across. Everything loads slowly. User experience while transferring money and paying bills is also the worst. I was unable to pay a bill directly without having to add a payee to my account first, and it took me a while to figure it out because the app did not show any helpful messages.

Developer of this app are really????No words. Worst App. Unable to Connect to the Server. In 100 attempts, 80 attempts to open this app fails. App crashes most of the time. ATM network in Lahore is very bad. Most machines are out of order or out of cash specially on weekends. While in 2008 when I opened the account ATM service was so good and I recommend this bank to my family and friends but now I tell them Do not open account here.

There is a problem, when activating the ecommerce option on card, we can't select the Now time .. the app only allow the time to be set in multiple of 5 minutes. That's annoying. also kindly re imagine the interface of this app all together.. other bank apps are so quick easy and seemless.
