Using the phone back button or returning to your home screen completely closes the app and forces you to restart your order. Also, literally did not let me pay, instead giving me a "Type Error". When you first load into the menu after selecting how you are ordering, nothing shows up on the menu or previous screen, so you have to select a different sub menu (such as rewards) and then go back to the menu to see the options. It also cuts off the end of the selected menu/previous options.

I HATE using this app. It is so not user friendly. It crashes, it doesn't always apply the discounts. There is no direct help inside the app. Calling the mix in line is bogus. It doesn't track the process of orders well. It is just horrible. It needs a complete overhaul. Great ice cream but horrible customer service. You guys charge too much for these problems.

This app is terrible! Deleted within 5 minutes of downloading. 1. I can't edit my account settings 2. I can't choose which store to pick up from ( you're stuck with the one you chose at sign up) 3. It doesn't display all the items available for order. I literally go to the website and can order anything on the menu. 4. I don't have the option to use or view rewards. Hard pass on this one.
