This app was so good until it updated just the other day. It's now an entirely different app with the most clunky and unappealing UI. You have to select to order ahead at a specific location to simply see if you have any points or to pull up the QR code to scan to get points. Everything feels both way to big on the screen and way to small. Not sure if I'll be using this app again if they don't restore rhe previous version

I keep getting the same error message, "Order changed. Please validate order." I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app. I've restarted my phone, restarted my orders, attempted to order from different stores... nothing helps. I've had the same error message for months, none of the employees know how to fix it but say they are aware people have had issues with the app.

I keep trying to sign up but a window saying "Validation error" keeps popping up and I'm unable to complete the signup. I have a lot of rewards to input. Hope this gets fixed soon. Update: I was able to sign in. I tried inputting my favorite smoothie, customizing it a very particular way. But the app only allows me to swap a sherbet for another sherbet. I prefer more fruit instead. So I will have to start with another smoothie to customize. Ok but not convenient.
