Too much Transport fee and platform fee. Edit after reply from boodmo. Why there is minimum of 799/- order value, you people already charging each order separate transport fee in the cart. Customer is forced to buy extra and pay extra transport and platform charges. Too much delay in delivery, repeated postponement to process and ship the order. Can't rely on bodomo timeline of delivery. One thing positive is they send genuine OEM spare parts.

Worst experience in regards to couple of products which were shown compatible but they were completely different in size and design when we actually tried to fit the parts on the vehicle. By the time I got that information from the service center, the return option was not available. Boodmo didn't even consider my loyalty and trust towards Boodmo based on my previous purchases and straight away declined the return and I'm stuck with wrong products and 5000/- loss.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Delivery date kept on changing and went till more than 2 months. No customer care support with calls and tickets raising is as good as pouring water on rock. Part is not available with any vendors but it's showing as avai. Last time also it happened and they cancelled the order. there are no updates on shipment or any updates on procurement. Also there is no customer care number to speak to any person and also the customer care with t
