Canceling service last month. I had auto pay set up, and for this month, it didn't make payment. I am just over U.S.Cellular and I don't want to be a part of T-Mobile. I guess I will go back to Cricket Wireless. They don't have a hotspot added to the service, but you have to be in BFE before you lose cell service U.S.Cellular has a lot of dead spots. not worth the headache. If negative stars were an option, they would receive a lot of stars.

I have been a customer for many years and have had nothing but excellent phone service as well as customer service. I do not plan to change.

I've used at least a dozen wireless carriers prepaid service. US Cellular is by far the most convenient. Also coverage area is excellent, I've even kept great signal in remote places that other "Top" Carriers didn't reach. Thank You US Cellular!!!
