I haven't been able to access the app for at least 2 months. I only get a spinning circle and an error in connectivity message. even after clearing my phone cache, my apps cache, restarting my phone, etc and nothing for months. even trying to go through the website it sends you to the app and same message. I had to call just to get basic information. as soon as I can change companies I'm going to. this is ridiculous.

Worthless app. Can't do anything with it. They send give you an 888 number that sends you through an automated system, put you on hold then wait for a call back almost certainly from India in 30 minutes. Cannot wait until my contract is done so I can go to Patriot Mobile. US Cell has become a joke

US Cellular is a absolute joke. They lure you in with 50 dollar a month....and when you get your bill its 115.00 a month. where did the mark up come from? Of course I have a contract with them. but its almost over. And will be switching to Consumer Cellular.
