USCellular was a bad choice. Despite no issues with my previous carrier's coverage, I switched to USCellular thinking it had a cheaper plan. After several days of no service at my house, I purchased the phones and went back to my previous carrier. Upon receiving an invoice for an amount including the monthly charge for the phones already purchased, I asked for a corrected invoice on 2 occasions. Instead I received 3 past due emails. Finally just paid it. A costly error, but good riddance.

If I could give this a zero, I would. App doesn't Allow me access even though the info is correct. Having to pay bill over phone which is causing me to be charged $25 each time although it's not my fault. When I try to log on, it says something about logging into a different account, which I only have one. Then, sends me back to the screen to verify they text that it's me.. after that, it repeats the text verification again and keeps doing those 3 steps continously. I have access to NOTHING!

App hasn't worked properly since the update in September, and neither has their website. Three months of having to jump through hoops just to pay my bill is not acceptable. Update: it's now 8 months later, and the app is somehow worse. Can't even get to the login screen. When I talked to customer service I was told to uninstall/reinstall and it would fix it. It did not. If I could give negative stars, I would. US CELLULAR - FIX YOUR APP.
