Completely USELESS!!! App used to be okay. You could see your account balance and bill (not that the billing system makes any sense to begin with). Now i can't even log in on the app or the website because it directs you to an error page. US Cellular sucks and has never been worth any of the hassle I've dealt with from the beginning. They lie about their charges and then can't even make an app that works.

Ever since the new update/app, I can never access my account! It always says "It's not you, it's us. An error has occurred, and we can't display this page right now." Literally everytime I bring up my account, it says that. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no dice. It used to be a decent app until they decided to change it, now it's just useless.

This is the only company I continually have problems with, plus they fee you for everything. Charge me $7 to accept a payment. If you make a mistake and forget to pay they charge you a fee for every device you have on 5he account to turn it back on. Instead of I get one bill for one account. They should only charge one account activation fee. they don't turn off just some of your devices, they turn the whole account off. should be one fee to turn it back on. I have been with them for 15 years.
