Ratings and reviews

The app is getting better and better. I would say I prefer Shopee in 8 of 10 times over other platforms. Hope to see further progress. A few technical things I would like to be fixed is: - Sometimes when I'm trying to manage my cart the app can slow down quite noticeable. - Website keep signing me out and it's super annoying. And it won't let me login with my phone number, only qr code.

Still hanging my phone when writing review. App always hanging for a long time. Now only supports CHAT in app, so cannot report errors on PC. So much for being Premium customer. Always forced to use the app which have tiny fonts, cannot be translated, and on PC I cannot see how much money I have in my account, nor can I use the coupons, so I'm forced to use this garbage, often having to return products because I ordered the wrong one I had in the cart because no translation There is no zoom.

During flash sales or when attempting to pre-order items, an 'Item Detect' warning appears. This warning instructs me to 'buy on time,' but it delays the purchase process, causing me to miss out on the items before they sell out. Despite reporting this issue repeatedly over a long period, it has not been resolved. The call center provided an unhelpful response and appeared to have been instructed by higher management to give the same inadequate answer. As a result, I am left with no choice but t
