Over the years, I've had 2 SimpliSafe systems, set up at 2 different homes, with 2 sets of hardware, and at least 2 phones. It has been a few years now, and I have never, ever experienced 2 months of trouble-free operation. There is always some type of issue. Random software issues with cameras, or a device has to be reset, reconnected, or replaced.

Lied to about moving me to their 'Standard Plan' which no longer have push notifications/text messages. I've been on their standard plan for 7+ years (started out at $14.99, increased to $17.99 then $19.99 and $21.99 soon) and always had the ability to receive push notifications and text messages from the app. They keep increasing prices and removing features and now lying to customers. They say we never should have had the option to receive those notifications. I've had SAME PLAN for 7yr.

Sure, installation might be easy, but everything after that Simpli Sucks. At least every other time I try to check any of my cameras through the app, cam can't get connected (interesting, since all other devices connect just fine) and there's no video recording. Would love to know the SLA terms are, if any? Poor connection and reliability, basically paying for garbage.
