Ratings and reviews

The app is a major disappointment!! Persistent connectivity issues plague the experience, with frequent pairing failures. When connected, key features like voice assistant and audio playback often conflict. Equalizer and personal sound settings are regularly inaccessible due to these problems. Despite numerous troubleshooting attempts, the app remains unreliable. While the headphones themselves perform well, the dysfunctional app significantly diminishes their overall value and user experience.

This app is full of trackers. Also, every time the app updates, the button settings return to default. MADDENING! Then there's the thing where when i take out 1 bud the voice is telling me "pairing " or something. dude it's still in my hand, why would it lose pair?Although it's better than the previous version supplied with my sesh buds, it still needs help. Please find your poor programmer some help! These seem like great quality buds, now the app needs to be up to par.

Brought tears to my eyes.. I was born with hearing loss. After using the apps hearing test to customize the sound.. For the first time in my life I could enjoy music.... It's literally one of the most amazing things that has ever happened to me in my life. I couldn't ever afford hearing aids. Seriously from the bottom of my heart, no joke please feel good about what your doing. Ps: can you make it work without both the app and personal sound tab in focus, can it work in the background please.
