I'm bringing my five star review down to one star. This app used to be great. I've placed many orders without a single issue, but a few months ago, everything changed. I started getting couriers who would cancel my order after taking it or take 2+ hours to deliver. And now, Slice allows you to order from a store that is closed, and then *automatically* reports that your order was picked up when it wasn't. I had to contact Slice to find out I wasn't getting dinner tonight. I'M DONE.

Customer service is horrible. The app interface is not use friendly and does not clearly identify the restaurants especially with similar names when trying to put an order in. You should be able to verify location from selection not after putting your order together. They should also make sure the restaurant name in the app matches the actual name of the restaurant to reduce confusion. Milanos Pizza is not Milanos Restaurant.

tracking is never accurate. says pizza is ready for pop pickup but have had to wait inside each time. Second bad experience. Placed delivery order, no pizza 1/2 hour after estimate delivery. App showing out for delivery for 25 minutes. Called restaurant and was told Slice listed order as pickup, even though app shows order out for delivery. Uninstalling and never using again. Will just call and save fee of using app and get more accurate delivery time info.
