After giving it one star, I will reiterate to 4.5 stars. Some updates fixed many issues and the app is cool (pun not intended) and stable. However, my Tosot Liberty (Romania) heat pump keeps disconnecting every 2 months or so, and I have to reset & pair it again with the Wi-Fi router. Any idea why? Despite my heat pump being a "on-off inverter" basically, because of poor programming algorithms, I really like the hardware quality of these machines. I hope for better programming in the future.

doesn't work half the time. have to force stop app and go back into it. the app is garbage, just like their units your controlling with the app.

The Tosot+ app is disappointing and lacks essential features. It doesn’t show indoor or outdoor temperatures, making it hard to monitor conditions remotely—basic functions that should be standard. The app is also unreliable, with frequent connectivity issues, and it logs users out when someone else logs in, which is frustrating for multi-user households. Gree needs to improve this app significantly. It’s too basic and doesn’t meet the needs of modern users.
