Why do even offer an app if have the time it takes me 10 minutes of scanning to get the dryer to work, while the other dryer connected and is running. I love 3 floors away and get very irritated, as an asthmatic, at having to make multiple trips down to collect my items. Connect the cards to the accounts if your not going to have a fully working system! I refuse to pay for a card to have money separate from the app. I don't have cash just lying around for this!

After checking through all my notifications no matter what I seem to do I do not typically receive the notification that something has been completed unless I unlock my device and have my Bluetooth connected. Can't complain too much though when you can let customer service know when there's an issue anytime of the day and if something does happen, customer service is pretty decent to speak with about getting the problem resolved.

This app works fine and it is nice to not need cash. However, there have been times I think it double charges or deleted money between uses. And it doesn't always connect well to the machines. It is hard to get the machines started through the app and if the app stops working the timer is deleted and will not alert when the load is finished. This is a frequent occurrence. Great in theory but a poorly maintained app. Frequent crashes. Forced to use by my complex because there is no cash option.
