Mostly works fine. App has several very irritating glitches if you are in an area with slow WiFi or marginal cell coverage, or both. It took me better than four weeks to get my email verified and in turn wouldn't allow me to set up international use, so I couldn't text during my recent vacation. For me, this is NOT acceptable service! Finally figured out both issues were related, no thanks to customer service.....

Mint mobile has been exceptional. I love the tier of plans that are offered and the prices are great, too, for each tier. Affordable (for now). If you guys stay consistent, you'll never have to raise your prices. The service has been great on it, too. I haven't had a single dropped call. There are a few places where signal will be at a low point but it comes back fast and ready. Honestly, being the first phone plan I've had, very very satisfied. Would recommend to a friend which you can!

The service is great but the app needs serious TLC. For example, when trying to change passwords, it wont permit me to save the change because the two fields do not match, even after filling out both. Also the app kept sending me to the log in screen when entering the verification code for account recovery.
